Just a little grumbly note... the air quality here in Northern CA is so rotten we can't even go outside! It might as well be raining buckets for as housebound as we are, except then at least I'd be enjoying it!! (I'm a nut for rainy weather.) These stupid fires are really bumming me out. And it's 107. Good thing we have solar power, because our electric bill is looking to be pretty huge, what with the A/C running all day and night!!
Ahhh... I'm looking forward to when we can open the windows again....
Anyone have any great advice on how to entertain a 1 1/2 yr old when you're both clawing at the walls?

go walk around target, wal-mart, big lots, costco, and any other store you can think of w/o your wallet again and again. Yes this is what we have been doing since the air quality index has been in the hazardus (why can't I spell that word?) range or super unhealthy range for at least 3 weeks now. I feel your pain and I am DREADING the PG&E bill. Hang in there.
