A New Day Every Day

It isn't easy getting five kids under 2 1/2 to pose for a picture!!

On Saturday, Juan and I took Scarlett to Fairytale Town. Great fun for her, a total snoozefest for us! We had fun watching her run around, though. It's kind of designed for toddlers, which is great, so there wasn't too much trouble she could get into.

So happy at dinnertime. She probably threw her food on the floor right after this picture was taken! Juan and I took our first ever "away" night from Scarlett (she stayed with my mom an dad, hardly punishment!! She got fruit snacks, chocolate milk and elmo all night.) We went to the snow, where we had to stop so Juan could sled. With a dad like Juan, Scarlett's not going to get away with not riding a bike for long! We love our bikes! Juan's sister, Mariposa. We love her, too! Crusing down the street And, back at home, a little dancing with the wii!

By the end of the night on Christmas eve, the kids were over it!! Scarlett giving Chloe a hand Cute, cute Eli! The stockings were hung by the chimney somewhat haphazardly... Scarlett, Grandpa and Mia. Scarlett and Grandma matching tutus are awesome! Christmas dinner with the Soza's Scarlett's got the present unwrapping thing down Christmas can really tire a kid out!

The cousins all got together and made a cookie jar for their nana for Christmas. They dragged their parents along, and wouldn't you know it, we got stuck doing all the work!! It was a fun, if not relaxing, experience! The finished product (somehow these pictures got turned around) Chloe and Scarlett were extremely excited about the whole process Sometimes the adults had to help, too! Everything stops when the twins need to eat!

A few days before Christmas, Juan, Scarlett and I went down to Sonoma to see his mom and sister and have some early Christmas festivities. It was a fun day-- wine tasting (for Juan and his mom, not me and Scarlett!) dinner in Sonoma Square and presents.
